The ERA Future Leaders programme celebrates the next generation of talent from across the entertainment industry.

The initiative aims to develop up-and-coming professionals from across the ERA membership to become successful industry leaders.

• Delivering fresh perspectives on sector-wide challenges

• Training ground in decision-making and strategic planning

• Supporting long-term objectives of entertainment retailers in a rapidly changing landscape

• Providing networking and mentoring guidance for career goals

Each cohort sits on the Board for three years, and Future Leaders act as advisors to the ERA Executive Board.
