Corporate Social Responsibility

ERA supports a number of charities throughout the year through fundraising events and donations.

Youth Music Theatre

ERA's official charity partner is Youth Music Theatre. They are the leading music theatre company for young people aged 11-21. YMT's principal aim, as an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation, is to provide high-quality training for talented young performers, musicians, directors, writers, composers, choreographers and theatre technicians. Courses offer significant personal and educational benefits to young people: developing confidence and self-esteem as well as improving communication and team-work skills whilst working in a professional environment.

Since launching in 2003, YMT has trained over 8,000 young people, many of whom are now working in the creative industries, including: Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Lauren Samuels, Charlotte Ritchie, Jack Bence and many more.

Teenage Cancer Trust

ERA organise an annual Golf Day which helps to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.

Teenage Cancer Trust are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. They fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

ERA also donates to The BRIT school and Nordoff Robbins
